The aim of our residential care is to provide a home from home.
We encourage residents and their families and friends to view Woodfalls care Home as their home – not an institution.
Residents rooms have TV and can have telephone points installed (additional charge would apply). Some rooms are fully en-suite, all rooms have wash basins and rooms can be decorated to provide a really homely feel.
Our open door policy means family and friends can visit without appointment, just as they might ‘drop by’ to see their loved one if they were in their own home.
Our carers provide care at a level that has been assessed and determined but are also flexible in their approach to accommodate resident needs on a day to day basis.
Woodfalls Care Home is a private house. It feels homely and not the least bit like an institution. It’s a caring, warm, safe place for residents who can no longer remain in their own home.
